Returns Policy

If your order arrives faulty or has been damaged in the post, you will have 7 days (14 days for international orders) from the shipping date to get in contact either by email or online.

In order to qualify for a replacement product, you will need to show proof of damage with pictures before I will send out a new product (at no extra cost to you).

If this does happen, I am very sorry and will appreciate your patience while I send out a replacement product.

If you would prefer a monetary refund please note this in your initial message. In either case you will need to send back the original product, before the refund is processed.

This policy is subject to change at any time.

Information

In order to fulfil your purchase, the customer must provide relevant information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment details and the information concerning the ordered products. Additional information pertaining to the order (for instance, a personalised birthday card) is offered at the customer’s discretion.
